About Us

CIVIC Agenda works to promote the exchange of ideas, experience and best practice on key areas of urban, economic and social focussed public policy and practice.

By working in partnership with leading stakeholders we define new agendas for change and action, which are communicated through our programme of national and european conferences.

CIVIC Agenda events are designed to examine Government policies and to inform and influence business and political stakeholders, the media and the public sector and, when appropriate, local communities and the wider public.

Often described as agenda setting events by those who attend, our national conferences have become widely anticipated annual gatherings, offering:

• A rich knowledge base, drawing on expertise from carefully selected leading opinion formers, policymakers, academics and practitioners.

• High level insights into Government thinking and policy initiatives

• A forum for collective thinking and sharing best practice

• A targeted audience with whom to network and discuss issues

• A strong emphasis on high level delegate participation and interaction

Launched in 2005, CIVIC Agenda was initially developed by a team based within its sister company, CIVIC Regeneration, a consultancy specialising in advising the public, voluntary and not-for-profit sectors.

Our experienced conference development team also deliver ‘tailor-made’ events working with a range of organisations across the public, third and not-for-profit sectors, assisting with content development right through to managing the practical requirements on the day. What others say about us:

"It was one of the most professionally run and interesting conferences I have been to. There was plenty of time for networking as well, which I think most of the attendees took advantage of. I got probably about 10+ new member leads for London so it was a very successful day on a personal level! "
