Civic recognises that our clients carry out major building projects very rarely and do not retain within their management team an executive capacity to deliver new and refurbished buildings. The role of professional client, leading the project from within the client organisation is a key skill.

We have extensive experience of dealing with the many aspects of managing and delivering Third Sector owned buildings. The team has expertise in property search, development feasibility, design proposals, tender processes including OJEU and the engagement and management of full professional teams.

Bid writing and the development of business plans, including management arrangements, job descriptions and operational costs are all services provided based upon skills developed on real projects. Our mix of skills has led to the delivery of nationally recognised projects.

Building projects take time, but in our short time we have delivered on 6 major schemes and seen over £20m invested into community assets.
